Overview:Devyn Crook has been a varsity player since his freshman year and is currently Rowlett's leading scorer for the past two seasons. Devyn is a former radio talk show host and a current model and actor.

Starting Position: Shooting Guard (Point Guard during pressure situations)

Other Positions:Point Guard (During pressure situations), and the small forward as needed.

Abilities:

Offense:Very good shooting technique (Over 45% from the floor); great play maker; getting his team involved in the game, offensively and defensively. Excellent passer. High assist to turnover ratio.

Defense:Aggressive and effective disruptor of the opposing team's offense!

Honors: As a senior (07-08) Devyn is averaging 31.7 points per game and is their team leader for the first three games of the 07-08 season.. As a junior, (06-07) Devyn was honored first team all district, leading scorer, leading assist maker and leading free throw shooter. As a sophomore (05-06) Devyn was honored team MVP, team leading scorer and named all district honorable mention.
